Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and LeedAB Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the LeedAB platform, including any associated websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
Description of Service
LeedAB provides an AI-powered back-office platform that enables operators to automate processes using Artificial Beings. The Service includes:
- AI-assisted task automation and memory
- Document management and processing
- Integration with third-party services
- Team and organisation management
- API access for developers
Account Registration
To use certain features, you must register for an account and agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Subscription and Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Pricing may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Upload or transmit illegal, harmful, or objectionable content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Service
- Transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorisation
User Content
You retain all ownership rights to content you upload or create through the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use and store it solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This licence terminates when you delete your content or close your account.
Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its content are owned by LeedAB Inc. and protected by international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEEDAB INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LeedAB Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or your User Content.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
